What to Expect

Mama Motion Fitness classes are a blend of full-body, cardio, and strength-based exercises designed to get you moving and feeling great.

Babies and small children are always welcome - no need to arrange childcare. You’ll gradually build your fitness at your own pace, all while bonding with your little one in a supportive and relaxed environment.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and I’ll always offer modifications to suit your needs, whether you're just starting out or getting back into a routine.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable workout clothes and trainers

  • A bottle of water

  • An exercise mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one - I’ve got spares!)

  • A snack if you’re breastfeeding (keeping your energy up is key!)

  • Something for your baby to play with or sit/lie on

Expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where it’s okay if your baby cries, needs a feed, or just wants a cuddle mid-class - we’re all in this together.
