What to Expect
Mama Motion Fitness classes are a blend of full-body, cardio, and strength-based exercises designed to get you moving and feeling great after pregnancy.
Babies and small children are always welcome - no need to arrange childcare. You’ll gradually build your fitness at your own pace, all while bonding with your little one in a supportive and relaxed environment.
These classes are suitable for all fitness levels; whether you are expecting a child or returning to fitness post-pregnancy, I’ll always offer modifications to suit your needs.
What to Bring:
Comfortable workout clothes and trainers
A bottle of water
An exercise mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one - I’ve got spares!)
A snack if you’re breastfeeding (keeping your energy up is key!)
Something for your baby to play with and sit/lie on
Expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where it’s okay if your baby cries, needs a feed, or just wants a cuddle mid-class - we’re all in this together.
